I double checked the bois and its still enabled. I like hwinfo64 that gives max and min readings Is this something new or all you ever got from it ? Then whats the temps ? is the cpu getting so hot it throttles all the way back to protect it ? What motherboard do you have to go check its manual on that ? Wonder if it turned off / disabled in the bios ? What service or process is tanking my CPU? I've tried using the rolling cache, not using it. But then today, I'm back down to <10 frames. I noticed the live weather was down during this time too. This past week it went back up to 30 and my CPU was at 75% usage. This lasted for about a week and it was unplayable. Then a few days later, I was getting <10FPS and I noticed my CPU was totally maxed out at 100% usage. But, upon release, I was able to get about 30FPS on low settings (and I mean, everything low.)
